Eyeball Expert (Director of User Acquisition)
Job Description
You know how to acquire the eyeballs. You do it in your sleep... and hopefully done it for another high profile Internet company. You'll help expand FaceChipz's reach, bringing new kids to the network. You are an executor that can make things happen. Online media/ad buying is your second language. You're self-motivated and enjoy a challenge.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop online user acquisition strategy
- Set aggressive growth goals and deliver results
- Optimize large ad spend budget, including designing test plans, analyzing learnings, and developing optimization tactics
- Build systems and processes to rapidly scale capabilities in targeting, bidding & spend management, content development, reporting and analytics
- Own partnership and vendor relationships including negotiations, contracts, and terms of service
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of online media buying as an advertiser
- Track record of managing profitable campaign portfolios
- Understanding of new user acquisition and prospecting opportunities
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Extensive knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
- Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup technology company preferred

Big Game Hunter
Job Description
You've got what it takes to convince the biggest developers in the business to publish their games on FaceChipz. You know the developer landscape. Assuming you've spent way too much money playing FarmVille on Facebook, this is a great way to earn it all back.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new game developer inventory
- Plan, prepare, and execute high impact meetings with partners
- Represent FaceChipz at industry events and conferences
- Forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals
Skills
- Serious experience in monetization management of Social Media, Open Web, Online Gaming Sites, and Virtual World platforms
- Strong background in strategy & analytics, eg from experience in mgt management consulting, corporate development, investment banking or venture capital
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
- Experience and passion using and analyzing social media is a must
